The Steelers may not be finished either. Reportedly former wide receiver Antwaan Randle-El will visit today and may sign a contract to return. Randle-El was released by Washington last week. The Steelers also have reached an agreement with offensive lineman Jonathon Scott. Scott started eight games with Buffalo last season.
