With Independence Day on Saturday, there's a mixed bag of closures. Federal offices are closed Friday. Mail will be delivered but post offices will have shortened window hours. There's no mail on Saturday and no window service. Most banks are closed Friday. Most state offices are closed Friday. The PennDOT license centers are open, but will be closed Saturday. State wine and spirits shoppes are open Friday and closed Saturday. The Butler City Building and Butler County Government Center are closed Friday.
