Interns for Butler Downtown are seeking painters for the community mural project at the Butler County Ford annex in downtown Butler.

Kristy Nyland and Amy Chow, the interns who are heading up the project, are getting ready to begin painting at the annex within the next two weeks.  Any organization or business interested in hosting a painting event should call Butler Downtown at (724) 256-5789 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The mural, which is themed to the transportation and automobile history of Butler, will be painted on 5 by 5 panels of parachute cloth and then transferred to the building's wall.
