State Police at Butler report the arrest of a Parker man in connection with a police chase that happened late last week in Fairview Township. Police say 27-year-old Justin Warner was observed speeding through the borough of Karns City along Route 268 shortly before the start of the 9 o'clock hour. After police activated their emergency lights and sirens, Warner responded by leading them on a high-speed chase that began on Route 268 at Fairmont Road and ended on Rohrbach Road in Armstrong County. Warner was arraigned on charges of fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and several summary violations. Warner was also operating the vehicle while his license is under DUI suspension. He was placed in the Butler County Jail on $25,000 bond.
