State police in Butler report a two vehicle collision on Old Route 422 Wednesday evening. 31-year-old Tokin Roy of Butler was traveling west on Old Route 422 and was signaled by Trooper Omer Shankle to pull over for a suspected DUI. Roy attempted to stop but his brakes failed and he sideswiped the left front corner of the state police car. Nobody was injured in the accident and Roy was arrested for FUI and possession of drugs/paraphernalia.
