A West Sunbury man was sentenced for DUI and drug related charges from two separate incidents that happened last year.

Court papers say 40-year-old Leslie Wheeler was found passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle on the road at the intersection of Minich and Jamisonville Roads in Center Township in early May.  About three and a half months later, Wheeler was pulled over for a traffic stop near the Greater Butler Mart, where he was found to be DUI and in possession of klonapin pills, for which he did not have a prescription, along with a spoon and syringes used for the ingestion of heroin.

Wheeler was sentenced to a year's probation, with the first 42 days to be spent on electronic monitored house arrest, plus 160 hours of community service.
