A heroin-addicted Allegheny County man was sentenced in Butler County court yesterday for fueling his and his girlfriend's addictions by stealing money from her father. 24-year-old Chad Wroblewski of Duquesne, under the terms of a plea deal, was sentenced to 2 1/2 years of probation, and ordered to pay more than $7,300 in restitution. Wroblewski conspired with his girlfriend to write 15 fraudulent checks and make four fraudulent debit card transactions from December 2nd through January 13th. The money came from the bank account information belonging to the woman's father, who is from Buffalo Township.
