The Cranberry Township Police Department has announced that donations are being accepted for a township police officer who was injured in the line of duty earlier this week.
According to Cranberry Police Sergeant Chuck Mascellino, the department has received several requests to send donations to Corporal Dan Hahn, who fell 20 feet Monday while chasing 22-year-old Thomas Booth of Volant. Booth jumped from an overpass with Hahn in pursuit. Hahn survived the jump, but Booth died later of his injuries.
Anyone wishing to send a donation to the Dan Hahn family may do so by sending it to FOP Lodge 107, post office box 1722, Cranberry Township, zip code 16066.
