A Jefferson Township man will stand trial on charges of inappropriately touching one girl, watching another girl shower and making a boy watch pornographic videos.

According to today's issue of the Valley News Dispatch, 35-year-old James Anthony Gall Jr. is facing about 30 counts of aggravated indecent assault and 40 related charges. He waived those charges to court yesterday before District Judge Sue Haggerty.

Among the accusations against him include Gall reportedly touching a 14-year-old girl in an inappropriate manner on numerous occasions, a 16-year-old girl who told police that Gall repeatedly walked into a bathroom while she was showering, and a 14-year-old boy claiming that Gall forced him to watch pornographic videos with him.

Gall is being held on $50,000 bond in the Butler County Prison. It had initially been $75,000 before Haggerty granted a bond reduction request.
